Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a training course cost?
The price of each program depends on factors such as the number of hours of instruction needed as well as the number of students in the class. Our rates are very reasonable.

How much does the translation/interpretation service cost?
Our pricing is surprisingly inexpensive. It depends on the length and type of documents being translated. Please contact us for a free quote.

What type of credentials do your translators have?
All our translators/instructors are not only native speakers, but also graduates of language studies with teaching degrees.

In the US, no requirements exist as to a translator's membership in a professional association. Nevertheless, each of us is affiliated with one or more of these organizations: The American Translators Association (ATA), The American Association of Teachers of French (AATF), the American Association of Teachers of German (AATG), The Modern Language Association (MLA) and The Pennsylvania Chapter of the Spanish Modern Language Association.

Where are your courses held?
On-site corporations.

How long does it take to learn a new language?
With the ProLanguage method of interactive instruction, you can develop basic understanding and communication skills in your target language within a few weeks.

What can a small language firm offer my corporation?
Personal and professional service. With ProLanguage you are not handed off to an office of middle managers and billing departments.

What if I need a translator for a deposition or court appearance?
ProLanguage has been interpreting at hearings and depositions conducted in Arabic, French, Spanish, and Vietnamese in law offices and courts of the greater Lehigh Valley for over thirteen years. Call us and we will allocate the interpreter best suited for your assignment.
